MERCHANDISE PRESENTATION MANAGER - BRANTFORD, ON
Position Summary:
Executes all merchandise presentations and corresponding materials inclusive of planoguides, planograms, tests and large merchandising programs for all stores.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):
- Executes corporate merchandise presentation standards.
- Supervises all merchandise presentation sets and reviews all written directives.
- Leads cross functional presentation reviews and walk thrus.
- Partners with merchants, planning and allocation teams to ensure team has samples, understands presentation scope for set and product flow and accomplishes company volume band standards for sets.
- Tracks all presentations, release and set weeks, associated dollars and sku counts.
- Supervises creation of all store floor plans/maps for sets. Inclusive of weekly seasonal maps for store publication.
- Partners with store operations to ensure well executable presentations.
- Partners with appropriate groups on new fixturing components.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 5 years retail store merchandising and management experience.
- Solid understanding of merchandising adjacencies and footage by category; understanding of floor plans and maps.
- Exceptional organizational, planning and management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Lotus Notes, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite required.
- Ability to perform physical activity at a sustained pace including walking, bending and lifting is required.
