The first LW outlet opened its doors in Calgary in 1986 and since then it has completely revolutionized the value shopping experience.

LW is the "anti-retail retailer"; we deliver high quality brand name products at a fraction of the normal retail price. Our stores are bright, clean and modern with organized and fully stocked shelves, creating a fun and easy shopping environment. Our customers can find both everyday items and one-of-a-kind treasure hunt deals at "WOW" prices. Unlike conventional retailers, we replenish "deals" not SKU's.

LW Deal Hunters are constantly traveling the globe searching for brand new, brand name and unique merchandise. We source this merchandise from various situations including overstocks, closeouts, bankruptcies, insurance claims, restructurings, seasonal packaging changes, cancelled orders, returns and slow moving goods. LW buys this merchandise at extraordinary discounts and we pass these savings along to our customers.
